What is your return policy?  We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. 

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All massagers and high-tech wellness products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. 

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective? Please contact our Customer Support immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund right away.
